Devin Security Supported Regions

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This policy applies only to the Devin Security features that use cyber-capable models or third-party models that are restricted by region. It does not apply to Devin Security as a whole, and other Devin features are not affected by this list.

The providers of these models make them available only in certain countries and regions, and Cognition applies the same list to the Devin Security features that use them. Those features are available only in the countries and regions listed below. Territories and dependencies of a listed country are also supported (for example, Puerto Rico as a territory of the United States). Cyber models may be subject to additional regional restrictions per third party policies.

Any country or region not listed is unsupported. This includes:

Use by persons while physically located in an unsupported region, including users and personnel of otherwise supported entities.
Use by entities incorporated or headquartered in an unsupported region and their users or personnel, regardless of whether such individuals are physically located in a supported region.
Use by entities that are majority-owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by persons or entities in unsupported regions, including use by their users or personnel, regardless of whether such individuals are physically located in a supported region.

These features are available to enterprise customers only, and availability is confirmed as part of contracting. Cognition may also block access to these features even when end users of qualifying customers attempt to access the features from unsupported regions.

All use of Cognition products and services remains subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, the applicable terms of service, and applicable export control and sanctions laws. We may update this list as model providers change where their models are available. Questions about this policy can be sent to legal@cognition.ai.
